another week is over and i didn't update here at all. i'm seriously considering dropping blogging and juz write in a book instead. *boo*
6th of dec is back to school day. rained the whole damn day too. such a great omen, ain't it? i'm still slacking my ass off when i shud b working hard on improving my programming but more importantly, i've started my naruto chiong-ing on the 5th. it took me a whole week to finish all 30 disc and 113 episodes of it, on top of school work and tv. phew. my longest watching record was 10 hrs straight, from 101th dec 9pm to 11th dec 7am. the shag-ness that ensues the next day was close to unbearable.
also, since that damned COMPULSORY napfa test is on 4th jan (after close to 3 yrs of not doing any form of exercise), i decided to challenge myself on the 10th by half running & half walking 3 round around ngee ann sec only to realize that the students of ngee ann runs 3.5 rounds around *half* of the parameter. clocked a nice 20 min for those 3 full rounds even tho i need 17 min to pass but the burning in my lungs and thigh muscles is totally unreal. the muscle ache actually lasted all the way til today.
and today, the aching continued. my clique played basketball at 3.45pm for awhile and badminton all the way til around 5 before running the tracks. i didn't do as well this time. managed to run thru 1 round and walked for another 2 before calling it quits. [i need to run 6 rounds on the tracks to cover 2.4km] nvr did like napfa much since i haf absolutely no talent in sports. thinking back, it was quite a miracle for me to run that 3 rounds in 20 min when i can't even continue running after my 1st round on d tracks. i can literally see my thigh muscles bulging like a stallion's hind legs. gosh... i'm so totally weak compared to my clique. they managed to run at least 3 rounds before walking the other 3. but thankfully we ain't running on d tracks on that day. running 6 rounds is just sick. they said it'll b a really big round to and from school to cover the 2.4km so i guess i shud b ok since i can oni run the 1st round and walk the rest no matter how far the 1st round is. bro says it's all in my head and i don't think i can disagree. :p
my enthu clique planned a swim session on wednesday and another run on thursday. i don't know how am i gonna survive this. *dies from fatigue* and now concluding this blog w/ a bet. let's see how long it takes for this muscle ache to stop w/ my exercise filled week.
